Summer work schedules are nothing if not fluid as busy Moms juggle kids in the house and the need to have meetings. For most busy women who work from home, conference calls are a fact of life and organizing them can be a challenge. I love the creativity and collaboration that can define them. I love how talking with the team I so often communicate with electronically keeps them real and human to me as I hear their voices and laughter. I don’t love conference calls when they aren’t efficient or well organized. With limited time to work without distraction, I’m not a fan of anything that wastes my time simply because its not a luxury to waste.
