With colder temps settling in across the country, its clear that Fall is here. But when it comes to Fall fashion and busy Moms, staying on top of the latest trends can be monumental with all the other demands on our time. While attending Blogher 2012 just the past August, I was invited to join Cabi Clothing at their Style Suite:
I had the chance to visit with Rebekah Sherman, VP of Marketing for CAbi Clothing, and I asked for her insights about why Cabi Clothing is a unique and useful solutions for busy Moms. I wanted to know what it was that made this brand stand out and here is what she had to say:
Cabi Clothing is a designer line that is both high quality yet truly affordable. Its sold directly through home shows, so rather than going through the mall and fighting traffic you get to shop with clothes gathered with your girlfriends. A trained Cabi Consultant who knows all the latest trends and style and how to fit a woman’s body will come to your home, give a great presentation, and have a night of fashion, friends and fun with your friends.
So my take? Cabi Clothing is that interesting twist on the home party platform where you can go ahead and get exactly what you need by setting the stage for comfort. Some women have a terrible time shopping for clothes but being able to shop at home could truly be a wonderful solution. While we might fight going to the mall…we never seem to have a problem telling our spouses we are heading over to a girlfriend’s house for a special party like this.
Consider that for this event, the setting was so very New York, hosted in a Penthouse location with a view of Central Park and the Sunset that can’t be beat.
If that doesn’t make you want to have fun with your friends and try on some beautiful new pieces I don’t know what could! All New York City glamour aside, I found the clothing to be very well made, trendy and I have worn both pieces that were shared with guests multiple times. I can see why it would be easy to find just the right fit and I must say I love that personal attention when I find myself shopping no matter what the event. Tell me…
How do you like to shop for clothes? Online, at the mall, or with friends at a home show?
Thanks so much for stopping by ~ we’ll see you next time!
Disclosure: special thanks to MomTrends and Cabi Clothing for inviting me to attend the Style Suite. Guests were gifted with 2 pieces of select clothing as a thank you for attending. I was not asked to post at anytime and my fashionable opinions are entirely my own.
