Get ready for a business trip or vacation to Walt Disney World with these must-have tricks.

1. Bring Hairspray!
Get a hairspray that will lock out humidity because Florida is always humid. Humid weather can ruin your hair whether you’re wearing your straight or curly. So bring a strong hold hairspray and wear the hair you love.

2.Back-Up All Your Photos and Documents Before Traveling With Technology
This tip is from Shelly Ross @Military_Mom who shared a tragic story of someone who’s laptop crashed at a conference and she lost precious, irreplaceable photos. Don’t let this happen to you – copy everything over to an external hard drive before traveling just in case.

3. Practice Using Your Social Media
Try practicing Instagram or FourSquare before your conference or event starts! Upgrade your phone now if necessary and figure out how to use it before leaving the house.

4. Don’t Chew Gum
Chewing gum is not polite in a crowd of people, especially when you’re trying to chat. Pack Tic-Tacs or Mentos instead.

5. Keep Your Kids Occupied with Pressed Coin Machines
These machines are a great way to encourage children to visit an area of the park they might not have otherwise visited. Plus they are much cheaper souvenirs than many of the other trinkets available at destination gift shops. Our kids all enjoy building their collections at each family attraction we visit

What are your best tips for preparing for a business trip that will double as vacation?
